Educational Workshop: 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Lifestyle Change Program

Join us on a journey to improved wellness where you will work with a trained lifestyle coach and a support system for 24, one-hour sessions.

Chair Yoga

This class focuses on gentle stretches, mindful breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, all performed while seated or using a chair for support. No prior yoga experience is necessary, making it ideal for beginners and those with physical limitations.
