The Board of Directors is charged with representing the interests of all residents of the Fallbrook Regional Health District, and the primary mission of the Board is to exercise a leadership role in identifying and meeting the healthcare needs within the District. Every year the Statement of Investment Policy is considered by the Board of Directors as it sets forth the current investment standards, ethics, credit risks and permissible investments determined by the Board. It is an annual requirement.
