Come join us at the Community Health & Wellness Center for an informative event on Question Persuade Refer (QPR)! QPR is designated to teach anyone the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to respond.

QPR trains you on:

Recognizing suicide warning signs
Ways to initiate conversation
Methods of providing help and hope

This in-person event will provide you with the tools and knowledge to make a difference in your community. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn and grow!

Hearing Screenings

In honor of Better Speech & Hearing Month

Wednesday, May 29th from 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Screenings are provided by Dr. David Illich, Au.D., a doctor of audiology, at Professional Hearing Associates

Schedule a FREE hearing Screening to address not only hearing concerns, but tinnitus as well.

Screenings will include:

Video Otoscope Exam, Allowing the audiologist and you to see inside your ears.
Hearing screening to determine if further evaluation is required.
Tinnitus screening

Information you need to know:

Screenings for adults and children ages 12 and older.
Bring hearing aids if you wear them.
If time allows minor repairs, and adjustments can be made.

Health Screenings: Know your risk. Stop by the Community Health and Wellness Center for free diabetes, BMI, and, blood pressure screening. Engage with various community resources and health education information.
